When I started looking around for who else covers my particular topics of interest I realised there weren’t many people - in fact there are none who cover my areas of expertise whilst offering solutions.
That made me wonder if that could be the reason why so many workplaces are lacking the knowledge and skills to create a culture of courage.
I immediately went to “Well that’s no excuse, I best do something about that”.
Since then it feels like a whirlwind.
There’s been amazing opportunities come my way and also a good challenge or two.
My vision is to create a better future.
It’s that simple.
I intend to use my abilities to make it happen and I believe my greatest impact will be felt when I can reach more people.
